Professional Posh, LLC creates and sells digital products, downloadable files, print-on-demand merchandise and Skool or similar platform memberships. Because each product type is delivered or produced differently, our return policy distinguishes between digital items and physical print-on-demand products.

Digital Products (Non-Refundable)

All digital files, planners, affirmations, templates, and downloadable content are final sale and non-refundable once your order has been completed or the file has been accessed.

This policy protects our intellectual property and prevents unauthorized distribution of digital materials.

If you experience a download issue (e.g., corrupted file, missing link, or technical problem), please contact hello@professionalposh.com within 7 days of purchase, and we’ll ensure you receive a correct, working copy.

Eligibility Conditions

Replacements or refunds will only be processed when:

• The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery;
   

• Sufficient photographic proof is provided;
   

• The product was purchased directly from ProfessionalPosh.com; and
   

• The item has not been altered, damaged by the customer, or used in a way inconsistent with its purpose.

Exceptions Required by Law

Kentucky law and the Federal Trade Commission require that all sales policies be fair, transparent, and not deceptive. Nothing in this policy limits your legal rights under Kentucky or U.S. consumer-protection laws.

We do not exclude or limit liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or statutory consumer rights where such limitations would be unlawful.

Gift Card Policy

Professional Posh Gift Cards are non-refundable and may be redeemed for any eligible product or service offered on our website. Gift cards remain valid for at least one year from the date of purchase and retain their full value until redeemed. No service, inactivity, or maintenance fees apply. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law.
