Because digital products are accessible immediately after purchase, all sales of digital products are final. This includes, but is not limited to:

Once a digital product has been delivered or accessed, we are unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.

 

eGift Cards

Professional Posh eGift Cards are non refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

If an eGift Card is lost or deleted, please contact us and we will do our best to help, provided proof of purchase is available.
